​Established in 2023, Performance Industrial Contractors is a woman-owned, SWAM Certified Class A contractor with specialty designations in Commercial Building Contracting (CBC), Residential Building Contracting (RBC),Heavy Highway (HH) and Underground Utility Excavation (UUC). 

We are also fully pre-qualified with VDOT and house a full time certified Responsible Land Disturber. 

WHAT WE OFFER: 

 –Commercial and Residential Construction:  new builds, remodels, concrete slab and sidewalks services, repairs, improvements and demolition

– Grading and Clearing: driveway repair, small lane clearing, bush hogging, and drainage installation

–Mass Excavation:  earth movement, grading, grubbing, brush hogging, quarry work with sand, gravel and aggregate materials

–Service and Maintenance: diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy-duty equipment, preventative maintenance and engine rebuilds
